You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Important information for guests with nonrefundable reservations: All room nights booked will be charged to the credit card provided. The guest occupying the room and the credit card securing the reservation must be in the same name. The credit card used to book the room and an additional piece of photo identification will be required upon arrival. No refunds will be credited for any changes, or cancellation. You'll be asked to pay a $15 Facility Fee (per room, per night) at the property. The facility fee includes: High-speed internet access for unlimited number of devices, newspaper, local and toll-free phone calls, mini bar items such as pop, juice, water and snacks (except alcoholic beverages) Our neighbors are undergoing construction starting March 6, 2023 and guests staying over that date and past it will experience intermittent noise and vibrations. As part of our continued commitment to serve our guests with an enhanced experience, renovation work is done from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The ONE Restaurant are under renovation and will be undergoing exterior patio upgrades. Please note that construction work is going on nearby starting from 5th April 2023, for approximately a 3-week period. During this time, some rooms may be affected by intermittent noise and vibration.
