Omni Chicago All Suites Hotel-Magnificent Mile

Very enjoyable

  The location was great, center of all attractions.

  Parking was 2blocks away and the day we checked out, it was raining.

  Hotel location is perfect for someone who wants to spend all their time in downtown, otherwise it's not worth it. parking is so expensive, and city noise is annoying
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  Hotel is overpriced, room cleaning service is so bad (literally all they did is change towels and empty trash) didnt even bother to properly make the bed, clean floors, bathroom sink, or take the empty plates/tray placed on the disk ...etc in addition, the bathroom sink was not draining when we first got there, we asked the front disk to get it fixed (which was fixed many hours later) to be blocked again the next day. I needed a sewing kit and i had to ask the front disk 3 different times for it during my stay to finally get it. (they did give me 2 kits rather than 1 but that's neither here or there). over all i feel that i didnt get what i paid for. Elevators were always crowded, specially on the day of check-out. my self and so many other people had to wait for 15+ min to get a place on the elevators.
